** HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COST! ** Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday over the phone directly from the store. She recently broke her elbow and bruised some ribs and I felt bad I couldn't be with her. We asked that they be delivered as early as they could. On my mother's birthday, the hours ticked away I called to find that they had decided they were outside of the delivery zone and refused to deliver anything leaving me completely stranded, as it was too late to order them somewhere else. Miss Abigail couldn't have cared less.
