Not a good company to get a title loan from. I only wanted to borrow $500 but they said the lending amount starts at $600 They gave me $600 cash & a $50 check (which they say was for gas), then they tacked on a $15 lien fee. Making the amount financed $665. The finance charge was $1,479.69. Therefore, by the maturity date of the loan, I would pay $2,144.69 for a $600 loan. That $50 gas check is also included in that finance charge. They stretch the loan out over a year making the annual percentage rate 300.415 per cent. When you don't pay my the due date, they constantly call you every day, even on the date that a payment is due. And they continue to harass you daily. Never, never, never again because this is actually illegal by the law in North Carolina.

The employees were very nice went out of they busy schedule talked with my kids about school what they were interested in. Gave them a snack a day most places don't care. I have been a customer here for years and I have to say they are very professional and always there for me when I need help!

First Capital Finance preys on the weak, poor, and mentally ill members of our society. This company takes advantage of people that are at the lowest point in their lives or do not have the mental capacity to determine that they are throwing money out the window (and into the door of this company). First Capital charges 300% interest on loans. Who in their right mind would borrow money at this rate. No one, unless they are absolutely desperate due to poverty or drug addiction, or simply do not have the cognitive ability to see what this small cash loan will actually cost them. The interest compounds daily, and if you are late on a payment then you begin spinning your wheels trying to pay the loan off while First Capital starts rolling in the cash.

AVOID THIS COMPANY they are very harassing even if you are never late. I have never been late with this company but they call everyday before my payment is due, and the due that i am due.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE PREDATORY LENDERS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF BY CHARGING YOU 300% INTEREST, MAKING YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS SO LARGE THAT IT LEAVES YOU COMPLETELY BROKE. THEY ARE IN A WORD...LEGAL THIEVES!!!
