Very disappointed in the customer service. The wait times are extremely long even with an appointment. We were told "If you don't like the wait..you can just leave".

Prices listed are very misleading and they are only for basic colors. If you want red etc. then you have to pay more.

Owner is very rude and when questioned about the prices and the wait times became very defensive and begin to speak in another language...(that can't be good). If you want quality customer service and to be treated with respect...DO NOT VISIT this salon or any others owned by this particular lady.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spend three hours getting a mani/pedi. Pedi wasn't that bad minus the nail polish all over my toe. Then came the hour and a half wait for the mani, that was continuously 5more minutes every time I asked (started asking after waiting patiently for an hour). The manicure was so bad that I signed up on this site just so that I could provide a review. Everything that could go wrong 1.)crooked as hell nails, 2.) bubbles all over every single nail including a huge bubble on my thumb, that I told her about 7 times and she just kept ignoring. 3.) no one speaks English even a little bit, or at least they pretend to speak less of if. They still charged me 70 dollars even though I told her 8 times my nail was loaded with bubbles and she didn't fix it. 3.) they don't go all the way to the bottom of your nail with the fill, or the sides for that matter, so you leave looking like you need a fill. Don't waste your money!! It's not relaxing, you'll leave less relaxed, with hideous nails and 70 dollars in the hole.

I rated them at 3 stars because they are not accomadating and that's including making appointments. Granted their services are great but as a business if you see that you're clientele is exceeding the demand then you need more workers.

This is the best service - I always enjoy my visit. Excellent job. Try the gel nails. I love them.

I went to this salon last week and had an amazing time! They all speak great English so that makes it so much easier to communicate with my nail technicians.

The best place for a nice get away or TLC treatment! The manicure and pedicure was excellent! I enjoyed the creative holiday design that the nail tech had designed on my nails. They free hand all of their designs! very nice! I would highly recommend this salon!

I was very pleased with the service and the nail technicians were great! The salon was cozy and the music was relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure and my pink and white gel nails look amazing! The best service a nail salon can give!
