WARNING! This place should no longer be in business! They overcharge and make you pay prior to trap you by having a no refund policy for when they botch the alterations. They destroyed my dress for a wedding, that can’t be reordered in time and even if it could is no longer being sold. The show stopper of the dress was the slits that show off my legs yet they closed up the slits, which they were NOT to do. After I kept telling them that was my favorite part of the dress and why l bought it, to begin with! They were supposed to give a sweetheart neckline and destroyed that and the beautiful tulle detail. They altered the one-shoulder wrong and took in the sides too much l can barely breathe! They botched the hem taking up the underlining too much, more so than the tulle overlay, which was the opposite of what l said l wanted! I did not want my shoes showing through! Now they are refusing to refund my money as l now need to purchase another dress! Don’t go to them unless you want your items to be destroyed beyond repair! Waste of money and they have NO idea what they are doing! They shouldn’t be in business.

Very Nice and knowledgeable staff, Helped with everything we needed. Inventory was a huge surprise, stocked to the hills.

Worst Bridal Store!!! BEWARE!!! I called in my measurements for my bridesmaid dress and was advised to get a size. When it came in it was 3 sizes too small and the owner said "I had to learn that you order bigger and measurements are general sizing" When I questioned her professionalism about advising me to order that size since I gave her my measurements and trusted her advise and that "I had to learn" she continued to blame it on my error and hung up on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

The initial experience at Bridal Place was fairly pleasant; the staff was helpful without being in any way pushy. The dress I ordered was also a very reasonable price and happened to be exactly what I was looking for.



HOWEVER - my dress is currently about 4 weeks late being delivered. I called twice and got a new delivery date each time; at the moment I am told it has been shipped (I made sure they called to verify) and that it should be here either Thursday or Friday - three weeks before my wedding day, leaving little time for any alterations that may be necessary.



I was offered discounted alterations for my trouble, but seeing the many negative reviews that are online regarding their alterations services this is hardly an option. I intend to seek a partial refund to help cover the cost of a rush alteration at a more reputable location. We'll see how that goes.

Not my favorite place that's for SURE! The owner was extremely rude!! I felt rushed and like she was pushing a sale on me. I was engaged over a year ago and started looking right away. After a few bad experiences I decided to push the wedding back a while and take our time getting things together so that it would be stress free. I felt crowded and pressured from the minute I walked through the door. Now after reading other reviews I see why people do not go there!! The place was a deserted wastland when I went in.

PROS- Big selection, Some low prices

CONS- Dirty Dingy Gross Horrible Customer Service!!!!

I am a bride getting married in June and the ladies at Bridal Place and Alterations have been wonderful to work with! Everything for my wedding is already in and we just ordered it in January! They are awesome! I highly recommend them and their prices are VERY reasonable! :)
