I ordered my wedding dress in November from Brit's Bridal and my dress ship date was January 15th. Weeks after the ship date came and past. I called the shop and they informed me that due to earthquakes in California my dress was not shipped, obviously a farce. I waited a few more weeks to call back to check on the status and the vendor was delayed again. At the end of February they informed me that my dress would be at the shop in two weeks. The dress arrived the second week of March and they informed me that it was shipped to Louisiana then back to to vendor then to them. Why they could not tell me the truth is beyond me. When I came to pick the dress up it was beautiful until further inspection. There were pieces of thread sticking out, some of the lace was not sewed on correctly and coming undone, and there are a few discolored spots that looked as it some of the threads were burned with a lighter. I am still going to wear my dress since my wedding is a month away, I had no choice but to take it.
