The check in and out process at Ebenezer Animal Hospital is very easy and quick. The staff is always so nice and my pets are never nervous when going to Ebenezer Animal Hospital.

Ebenezer Animal Hospital gives personal attention to all of my pets. The technicians, doctors, and all of the staff are professional, highly competent and always have a caring attitude in any situation. They take care of my pets as I would treat them.

Sheila is an excellent groomer. I can't brag about her enough to anyone that will listen. Sheila and the rest of the staff always let me know if they find any problems or concerns while taking care of the dogs.

Ebenezer has cared for two of my dogs over a span of 17+ years. My experiences have run the gamut of spay/neutering services, surgeries, skin allergy issues, boarding, check ups, etc. Many years ago, I was particularly touched how the entire staff displayed such a caring attitude when my Dalmatian passed away. I certainly did not feel alone; they fully understood that dog was a member of my family. I never feel as though they are trying to shuffle me out the door in order to get to the next patient; they spend time in assessing my pet and answering all of my concerns/questions. They respond to e-mails and telephone messages in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the services of Ebenezer Animal Hospital.

I took my rat here because a growth had fallen off his cheek and he was bleeding and this was the only vet service open on a weekend that treated rats. The staff was very considerate and polite but didn't seem to know anything about rats. The nurse kept calling him a "chunky monkey". After she weighed him I asked if he was overweight for a rat and she responded with "he certainly looks like a chunky monkey" and then left the room. He is actually slightly underweight. The doctor gave us antibiotics and told us to come back in two weeks. When we came in again two weeks later his growth had regrown and the doctor basically shrugged us off and said she had no idea what it was and we could either keep him on antibiotics for the rest of his life or do surgery that may or may not solve the problem at all. To top everything off the entire vet staff kept repeating over and over again that because he was two years old he was probably going to die soon anyways. Anyone who sees this rat can tell that he is happy and healthy and isn't about to drop dead. I have told all my friends to steer clear of this establishment.

I have been taking my pets here for two years and have been pleased with every visit. Everyone is nice from the front desk to techs to vets. I also use the groomer here and really like her work. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
