And troubled teens. Focus: m. A. C. C. Concentrates on important life skills such AS patience. Perseverance. Self discipline. And overall character development through physical FITNESS. Audience: this curriculum is ideal for children between 3RD grade through college. It is NOT OUT of OUR range of effectiveness to include first and second grades if they have their OWN CLASS. M. A. C. C. Serves students wanting to improve in the following areas: SELF-CONFIDENCE SELF-DISCIPLINE SELF-CONTROL stress relief overall attitude respect for self and toward others attentiveness physical fitness social skills.
