Absolutely horrible client service. Mr and Mrs McMeekin run this small practice and are some of the most unprofessional providers I have ever worked with. I missed an appointment after being called away to work and immediately received a threatening voicemail that they were sending me an invoice for $100 for missing my appointment and that if I did not pay immediately, I would be turned over to collections immediately. I had no problem with making a payment as I definitely understand that everyone's time has value. But for the practice to threaten me without giving me the opportunity to pay my invoice is downright unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns Mrs McMeekin actually hung up on me on the telephone. If you are looking for a great care provider I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere! Strongly recommend utilizing the services of anyone else that you could possiblyou find before even remotely considering using this practice.
