I went into Page 6 before the New Year to purchase a nice pair of jeans for a party. Let me tell you, the staff was truly helpful and they helped me find a pair of jeans, and they were honest... The jeans I purchased were $198.00. This is no chump change mind you.

Goes all down hill from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wore the jeans to the party, and did think they were nice. I did notice the right leg seam kept going toward the middle of my leg but I figured I could live with it. I started to wear them to work and noticed that my hands and fingernails were turning blue from the jeans. I put my hands in my lap so my hands were blue. I called the store to tell them about the fading. The young girl was relaying the message to someone else in the back-ground about the fading. They stated that they were going to a convention in Atlanta for the designer who made the brand of jeans I purchased and they would call me back. While awaiting their call, I was asked if I washed them and put them in the dryer because this would help & yes, I have, 4 times...

Here I sit at work with my jeans on, my hands are starting to turn blue again. I paid $198.00 for a pair of jeans that turn my undergarments blue. The right leg seam is going toward the front of my leg which is a sign of poor workmenship. All I wanted was a call back to know that they would resolve the issue... No call back, no nothing... I was so excited to finally find a store in Rock Hill where I could purchase nice, quality jeans without driving to Charlotte. I was so excited and wanted to recommend Page 6 to all of my friends but would never do that now.



I realize that Page 6 did not make these jeans but it is their job as a good customer service based company to fix the problem & figure it out with the designer, not leave me hanging... I'm just wondering if maybe they think $198.00 is nothing to them & when you get a bad pair of jeans, you just go and purchase another pair. Money doesn't grow on trees & my credit card cannot handle that kind of abuse... Maybe $198.00 is nothing to them but it was a lot of money to me, money well spent if the quality was there....
