Piedmont Medical Center is a 288-bed hospital devoted to providing quality health care to York and surrounding counties. Piedmont’s specialized service lines include cardiac, general and vascular surgery, cancer services, orthopedics, and emergency services. We offer a wide range of diagnostic imaging services including 64-slice CT scanning, MRI, PET-CT, digital mammography, an interventional radiology suite, radiation therapy, physical and occupational therapy, and orthopedics. Piedmont also operates The Imaging Center at Baxter Village, Fort Mill Mammography, Women’s Diagnostic Center and Piedmont East Diagnostic Center. Piedmont has earned three-year approval with commendation from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons and full three-year accreditation as a Chest Pain Center with Peripheral Cardiac Intervention by the Society of Chest Pain Centers.
