This place cares little about the patient and more about their bottom line. Had to get firm with them trying to push shots in spine on 3 separate visits. I fired them after I learned that Dr. Kevin Costello intentionally falsified my records to reflect my non compliance and can prove it. They treated me from the start as though I was a drug addict. I fulfilled every requirement they set forth but they continued to make derogatory comments which are now a part of my record. I would welcome a court appearance to vindicate myself but don't care to waste time and money. I rate them as extremely poor.

Bobbi B is exactly right. Dr. Robert Sullivan (and I use the Dr. term loosely) cut me off too after being with the practice for 11 yrs for chronic pain from Endometriosis, scar tissue and 3 hernias for which I had 8 surgeries for over the years. In those 11 yrs I had asked only once for my meds to be increased. He gave me 1 lousy month to detox from Fentanyl patches and Vicodin with no warning and no good reason. Not only that but he was the rudest most condescending SOB I have ever met, and that was the first time he ever treated me. He treated me like some drug addict without even knowing me. I hope Karma catches up with him soon!
Besides him everyone else in the practice was wonderful, including all the other Dr's.

This place doesn't care about anybody! If you miss more than 1 appointment in a year they will drop you. They wouldn't refer you or help you at ALL! And if you happen to be on strong meds when they let you than they tell you your on your own. I reall don't like this place!
