As a result of our proximity to Charlotte, several attorneys in the firm are licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. These attorneys regularly represent clients in both states.

These attorneys write title insurance through two firm-owned title insurance agencies for nationally-recognized title insurance companies such as Chicago Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and First American Title Insurance Company.
