On December 11, 2014 charm bracelet purchase and presented at a Retirement Ce!ebration on December 19, 2014. Bracelet returned broken on December 22, 2014 and I was informed that a shipment would arrive on December 26, 2014. I followed up on December 29, 2014 and was told shipment to arrive 7 - 10 days. I made 2 additional followup call and durng the Friday, January 9, 2015 call Brenda admitted she was was defensive because my calls every day (not true) indicated to her that I think they are lying about shipment. Brenda stated she had documentation that the shipment would arrive on Monday, January 12,2015 and would share that information with me. I asked if she wanted my email address and and she began to yell and stated I am hanging up I have a customer. I received a phone call from a part-time emp!oyee on Monday, January 12th that shipment arrived. My husband exchanged the bracelet 31 days after the purchase. Brenda was very rude and disrespectful to me a customer. The Agency staff that purchased the bracelet as a Retirement Gift was very disappointed that I did not have the privilege of wearing the bracelet and experienced the poor customer service from Social Butterflies - Ebinport Road - Rock Hill, SC.
