STAY AWAY from US bank! There ...

STAY AWAY from US bank! There rules are ridiculous! I was attempting to deposit money IN TO my daughters account and was told I couldn't do that without her account number! I wanted to put money IN...NOT TAKE IT OUT! I had driven 1/2 hour to learn that? Give me a break! Also, because they changed their rules, a great friend of mine was not able to get a copy of the signature card she filled out a few years ago. She needed it to prove she had the account for a car loan. THEY SAID SHE COULDN'T HAVE IT...THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE 2 HOURS AND DO A NEW CARD! STAY AWAY from these people. You are only a number here...NOTHING MORE!
