We have had several different postal carriers since our old one retired. Recently my wife had a book sent to her from Eldrige, Iowa and we never received it. I also sign up for free samples from various companies but rarely receive them. We get mail anytime from 5 Pm to 8 Pm and a different carrier most every time.

Waiting on a package that this post office rerouted to another state! I had paid to ensure it was here by a certain date! Now it is the date I needed it and it is two states away. When I called the post office they were rude and tried to convince me that it never came to their post office, when clearly it had been electronically scanned thru THEIR system and they screwed up! I was able to track the package and could see that it had come thru THEIR post office. After telling them that I was looking at the tracking of the package and it was their fault, they became increasing rude! I wish there were another post office available to me and I didn't have to use these bone-heads!!!!
