They tried to over charge me on a replacement pump. They claimed it to be a 5-7 hour job to replace a power steering pump on a 2011 Traverse. They also wanted to keep my car from Thursday through the following Tuesday. After looking into this, I found out they were trying to price gauge me. Multiple shops estimated a 2.5 hour job for my FWD vehicle. I called them back and wanted to confirm before dropping my car off and the owner Greg was very rude and even hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Their "core values" were not reflected in my experience with them.
