We have to travel 150 miles one way to this Rock Springs, WY Applebees. Needless to say, we don't go very often. One one such trip, we stopped here to have lunch. They overcooked my husband's steak. Undercooked my steak. Never brought bread with the meal and we sat with empty drink glasses with no refills offered. Well, I asked to talk to the manager. Our bill was just over $40 approx. and that may not be a lot for some but it was to us. She apologized and gave us 2 free meals for our "next" visit. I asked when it expired because we have quite a drive to get here. She put a no expiration on it. We did have to go again in the next couple of months and we did stop there. We showed the business card with her signature on it, and they had to approve it before we could order. But it was approved so we ate. They did tell us that our ice teas would not be included and we had to pay for that. My husband and I just kind of looked at each other like, whatever. I think we were served well but I wonder how it would have been if we had showen the card AFTER the meal.
