This company is an absolute Joke! They will make promises and tell you everything you want to hear, but they do nothing to back it up! Our home was delivered and set a few weeks later, then it sat there for THREE MONTHS!!!! During that time our roof started to leak, thank goodness my husband was working on our property so he was able to patch it up. They didnt send anyone out to fix it so my husband did it himself! We were then promised the finishing crew would be out soon and we would be in our home by Thanksgiving.....then Christmas....its now March and we are still not in!
We are currently waiting on the right size furnace for our home, the one the put in is way to small and only heats the home to 61 degrees (we were told to purchase space heaters to solve this problem). They found a hot wire stuffed in a wall next to where my daughter would sleep. Still waiting to hear how and when they will fix our roof and finish putting the siding on our home!
We will be doing the finishing work inside by ourselves because we were not happy with the way it was done!
A contractor has reached out to us and he is taking the company to court, because they have not paid him! Its surprising to me that they can do business like this. I wish we would have researched this company more before purchasing with them, because the experience has been a nightmare!!! Please dont waist your time!

My wife and I purchased a home here, worked directly with Emily. Emily was great to work with. I own a landscape construction company for 15 years, and worked with many different builders. Every new build has surprises or issues pop, and it was great having someone care about our home, not just deal with us as customers like some builders do.
