WE BOUGHT A CAR HERE AND THE LOAN FELL THROUGH .... THEY STIFFED US FOR THE THOUSANDS WE PUT UP FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT...CROOKED CROOKED DEALERSHIP, THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN FOREVER. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. UTAH ISNT TOO FAR AWAY

All of this is true. I just bought a truck and it had all kinds of problems but they did not tell me about it. By law they have to tell you what you are buying. They also told me when I came back in that I could not talk to the owner. Well I showed them the laws and they had a deer in the head lights look. Needless to say they fix the problem because they didnt want to get sued. They tried to lie at first and say they told me about everything that was wrong with it. I would not recomend shopping here. Also where do they train these guys. Ive been in sales for 2 years and im better than that.

This dealership doesn't care who owns a car they will take it on a trade. They also do not return calls. I own a car that has an AND title and I was told that they are not the DMV and do not have to know who owns a trade in. I was also not allowed to talk to the owner or supervisor. I was told I was belittling them when I asked that they educate the salespeople on the laws of selling cars. I was called and idiot and stupid. Hence, I finally called the police department. Home of the "Spot Delivery Scam". Lures people in with the promise of a new car. Tell's you "Congratulations! You're approved, just sign here and you can take your new car home." Two weeks later, after you've made all the payments in good faith, they call you back to the dealership. When you sit down they inform you that either you find a co-signer, your own financing or pay an even higher interest rate than the already 18% they gave you initially OR they want their car back. And, as if that isn't bad enough, they tell you they're going to deduct fee's out of what you have paid for the rental of the vehicle. All this with a big, cheery smile on their face. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a vehicle, and not at Ford because they own that too. Read all the paperwork and sign nothing unless you fully understand it. Do not buy in to their lies and deceit.
