I bought a sectional and wasn't even put on the delivery list. I happen to call couple days to see if they would deliver it earlier than scheduled and the girl was like I cannot find your information or your name on the delivery schedule--good thing I called! Upon delivery, one of the male prongs and the wood was busted. We called right away (same day) and was told their service man is busy this week and that someone would call us next week to schedule appointment. I have yet to receive a call. I also requested if they could order a new Wedge Sofa and was told if we skip the service man we would be paying full price for the replacement. Really?!?his is ridiculous---I paid for this sectional and will have to pay double to replace it!!!!! What kind of store policy is that?!!??! I am not impressed and won't be shopping here anymore. I may update this review once I hear back from the service man.

Very helpful in helping me find the right sofa for my living room, I even bought a loveseat to go with it I loved it so much. Very good staff had no problems a very pleasant shopping experience.

I was very unhappy when I went into the store to pay my bill. The man helping me would not even get out of his chair to help me. Instead he spoke loudly across the office my name address, and then proceed to say my payment amount. I consider that a huge breach of my privacy. Everyone in the area could hear him giving out my personal information. (Including other customers) I wrote my check and made my payment. When he handed me the receipt he had not even looked at the check I wrote because I paid more than was due so then I had to wait even longer for him to redo everything. This is not the first time I have had issues with this individual when making a payment.
