Very disappointed with them. For starters they sold me car tires that were not rated for my car. Both load rating and speed rating were wrong. The second set was the correct load rating but the wrong speed rating. I didn't think that there would be a significant difference between H and V but there is. Once the correct tires were installed they tried to align all four wheels. The front end guy chose not to listen to me when I stated this was a mid-season released car and the tech aligned the car for the wrong model year. The tech said I needed a special part for each side in order to align it correctly. I called the dealer in SLC and they explained the procedure to the tech. With that he was able to correct the issue, and seemed grateful for the assistance. Lastly, the tire tech ran out of glue on weights and used hammer on weights on my nice aluminum rims. They didn't damage the rim too bad, but you can now see where they placed the weight. I can't believe they are that lazy
