SRE was great to deal with. They had a good response time on maintenance problems, and the staff was always friendly and professional.

If I could give them a zero star I would. This company is shady and have no business ethics. If you are going to rent from these people be prepared to fight for your deposit. They do not respond to maintenance calls or repairs. They rent over priced units with major issues. We rented from them at the last minute due to not finding anything else and got the surprise of our life. We not only had to deal with issues and repairs on a monthly basis but discovered the hard way how they keep your deposit with bogus claims. They rent out dirty houses in major need of repairs and they expect you to turn them in better shape than what they gave you. Our rental was dirty when they rented to us in 2014 and when we left we turned in an immaculate clean home. What we got in return was we had to wait 2 months for our deposit and a bogus claim as to why they kept our money. We have tried to contact the business manager and their rude receptionist hangs up the phone. We filed a complaint with bbb and they never responded to that claim either. We are now taking them to court and saw that we are not the only ones with the same problem

They are not a trustworthy company and unless you want to lose your deposit don't rent from these clowns. Before signing any lease with them check the date since they extended our lease something we didn't catch on time and had to pay for a full month rent instead of a prorated rent for our last month. We left property June 17th and they had it listed June 19th and and we paid for both June and July and our lease should have been up on July 12th but instead discovered they had extended the contract to July 31st. They were quick to catch our last rent check given to them June 17th but not quick to refund the deposit. It took two months for their bogus lie only to find out they had our rental home listed 2 days after we left property. Scammers beware of these people.
