DR. Shelley operated on the wife's foot to relieve tarsal tunnel. Unfortunately he did not know what he was doing and ended up leaving four severed nerves and a blood clot in her foot. She is now reduced to very little walking and has to use an electric scooter for longer trips. Shelly is not a medical doctor and should not be operating on anyone in my opinion.
