Citywide Home Inspections goes beyond the guidelines set forth in the New York State Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. Your home inspection will be a written report of the condition and deficiencies of major components of a residential building including but not limited to: *Heating System *Cooling System *Plumbing System *Electrical System*Structural System Foundation, Roof, Masonry, Structure, Windows, Doors, Exterior and Interior components. We also visually inspect for the presence of mold and wood destroying insects. Citywide uses an array of the most modern high tech inspection tools in the business including an Infrared Camera to perform inspections, so you know you are getting the best inspection money can buy. Starting In April 2014 Citywide wil be providing state licensed termite inspections and will be able to complete the necessary HUD forms. Your report will be in a computer generated rating and narrative format saved as a PDF and emailed to you that same day. Upon request a written report on paper can be mailed to the client. Pricing Most inspections on Co-Ops and Condos will cost $200. Most inspections on single family homes will cost $300. Inspections on multiple family homes start at $400 (a $50 parking surcharge will be charged in neighborhoods with out street parking). Pricing on larger properties will be on an individual basis. Based on square footage, number of families, age of home, and estimated value of home. Pricing will be fair and competitive.
