so overpriced....girl on cell phone behind desk no help...new place to go in jefferson...PLATINUM TANS EXCELLENT!!! PEOPLE HELPFUL BEDS ARE GREAT PRICED RIGHT...

way to expensive and nobody helps you out here, the girl didnt even show me what to do not to mention i had to ask for eyewear because i forgot mine, they didnt seem to care that much. i thought it would have been better for a big chain

BIG SALON, BIG OVERHEAD, BIG PRICES. BETTER TAN FROM STAND UP. HOLLYWOOD IS THE PLACE TO GO THEY EVEN HAVE LAY DOWNS IN ROXBURY.

Before I went to Beach Bum all I heard was rave reviews about it. A little costly... but the tan is like no other. When I first went in the girl behind the front counter was on her cellphone and had to wait a minute or two until she got off. Otherwise, she was very nice, not very helpful, but friendly. I asked the difference between all the beds and got confused a few times and she was happy to clarify it. She set me all up with eyewear lotion and the tan. it came out to be $84.00! What?! For 2 tans $84... Enrollments fees? Cancellation fees? etc etc. She didn't show me how to turn the bed on, there was no radio and I had to wait 15 minutes for the bed on top of that and the lotion made me smell for the rest of the day. Not a very good first impression... Needless to say I went elsewhere with my business, and got tanner for less.
