Would have to agree with this review. The management really doesn't know what they are doing. Everything Doug is saying is 100% true. His thinking of training their employees (there's no training there) was people should already know how to do the job they want you to do without saying or doing anything. Basically the first day you start, the owner expect you to know everything. Will sit down and do nothing whatsoever.

Was not impressed at all with the Red Hut DIner in Rockaway NJ. The place you can tell can get really loud by the way they build it. The kitchen cant get an order right. Had to send back my steak 3 different times in a 1/2 hour. I could of go to Shop Right cooked it myself and got it right the 1st time in the same time frame. Some tall Greek Guy with white hair started yelling at a customer saying what you shouldnt be saying to the people who keep your place up and running. With all the problems and the way they were going about it, we demanded that it be taken off the bill because we didnt eat any of it, so I used my credit card to pay for the item, and Red Hut Diner can be rest assured that its going to be disputed. After looking around we saw other people saying the same exact thing we are saying. One person found egg shells in their food, another experienced the same thing of that Greek person talking rudely to customers, telling them to get the "X" out. Nice way to start your business! You wont have me back there or my family!
