They were in denville and the owner was so nice now. The guy who works there is rude and treats women like their stupid..wanted to only speak to my husband.I bought 2 belts that were 58.00 and he would not even let me exchange it was not even 24 hours .I have my recipt.the owner knows my brother well a businessman from denville.would not go there again and I live 5 min away. I'm telling all my friends and family.I ran a company and there is a thing called professional and damage control.I'd love to speak to the owner and I'll change my review if nessary.the worker was terrible

Rip off artist tried to charge me $160 for a tub bearing and seal kit for my Kenmore washing machine. I paid $60 from Sears. Then I needed a start up capacitor for my washing machine's motor. Tech told me it had to be my motor and that he never changed one. When I told him I didn't want the motor and how much for the capacitor he said 40 to 80 bucks I got it at Sears for four dollars. These thieves should be ashamed of themselves I will never go there again.

If you want to get ripped off, then by all means go to Valley Appliance Parts. They will rip you off with a smile on their face! I had checked out several big box stores but they didn't have the part. Unfortunately I went to Valley Appliance Parts as a last resort to get a part for my dryer and he charge me over triple the price! I should have waited and priced the part before I went there but I was trying to fix my dryer that evening and they were the only appliance place opened that I knew of at that time. If you feel like giving your money away...by all means go there because they have no shame in uping their prices and taking anyone's money!

As for the star rating.. I didn't want to leave any but I had to leave at least one to submit my review.. So buyer beware. Do a price check before you even enter that store..... You have just been Informed.
