I hired Country Estate Auctions and Tonya Rodgers the middle of June 2013 to sell household belongings I didn't wish to move to Arizona with me. She and an assistant arrived on July 27 or 28 and loaded up her truck and trailer with my stuff.

I moved to Arizona on July 1. She held a live auction sometime in July as well as a couple online auctions to get rid of the rest of the unsold items.

I have yet to receive any money from her. The several phone calls and emails I have sent remain unanswered. She answered twice when my son called from his phone. Those times she basically said "the check is in the mail." As of Sept. 23, 2013, the checks have never arrived.

I am about to file theft charges against her. I strongly suggest that you do not trust this woman with your belongings as it seems that I am going to have to take legal action in order to receive payment from her.

Highly recommend. They did a great job for my family.

Great experience with Country Estate Auctions, the owner was very professional and knowledgeable. I will defiantly use them again if I have another estate sale.
