My wife and kid went and My kid was looking at a tractor he took off the shelf, then the tractor next to it fell off and a piece broke off.. The cashier was rude and said their policy is break it pay for it. My wife ended up not wanting any problems and paid $20 for an over priced item full retail (they did not like the item at all, it was "very ugly".



I learned of this and called and asked for a refund and asked about the difference in the store price and the stocking price, they would not negotiate at all, instead they reaffirmed that it is full price. No exceptions, and was quick to hang up.



Will never shop here again
