Provided by YP.comGreat working with these guys! The sales reps here know what they are doing and know their products. They were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. We had our cabinets and countertops done and could not be happier. My wife loves her new kitchen and is very satisfied with the selections made at Andco. We ended up getting quartz tops instead of granite which we are very pleased with. They are very easy to maintain and look great. All the installers did an outstanding job and were very nice- from cabinet install to counter to tile. I would recommend using Andco for a full remodel. One downside was the wait for the cabinets but it was worth it.

Provided by YP.comHorrible costumer service, I was told one thing and got another I asked a specific question and was ignored. The counter top instillation was complete mess, they drilled the hole for the faucet and soap dispenser to close to the backside of the farm style kitchen that the nuts and or bolts could not be secured and their solution was to send the same two knuckle heads back to cut an grind a hole in the backside of my $500.00 + sink. If I had it to do over I would definitely go elsewhere!

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend your money and time somewhere else because if you spend it here it will be wasted. We wanted to go to a locally owned business, and not the big box stores, but had the worst customer service we had ever experienced. I wish we could get both our time and money back. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Provided by YP.comI picked out everything and asked about the payment terms. They told me they required 50% when I ordered the cabinets and the other 50% when the cabinets came in. I said, so all the work would be paid for before you started? He said, that is the way everyone is doing it now. So that made me think they might be having financial troubles. And what would be the guarantee be that they would do the work at all? And guess what, not everyone is doing it that way!

Provided by YP.comWill never do business here ever again!!!! The showroom manager Adrian is rude and arrogant. Customer service skills are certainly lacking. There are other places in town with better business. Also, beware of bait and switch with the granite.

Provided by YP.comFirst of all lets start with why we needed new cabinets. We were flooded out by the June flood waters. That was our first headache. We went to andco and picked out our cabinets and what finish we wanted. As a "guarantee" our Andco rep (aslo the OWNER) came out to our house and measured the room to make sure that the cabinets would fit. I had previously bought all of our appliances and had provided him with the demensions. We finally got our cabinets delivered and I had them professionally installed. I got to the point when I was ready to intall my appliances. The set up of our kitchen had a cabinet inbetween our oven and refridgerator. I went to put my oven in and it would not fit. I needed about 3/4" to make it fit. So I thought maybe the cabinet installer had moved the cabinet too close to the oven. I tried to install my refridgerator and it would not fit either. I don't know if he didn't know how to read a tape measure because I got a cabinet that was 36" long when I really only had room enough for a 33" cabinet. So who's mistake was this? I believed that it was Andco's mistake because they came out and measured it. So I contacted my rep and told him about my problem. After stating my point and going back and forth a little he said it was my problem and the olny thing he could do is give me 10%. The new cabinet cost (with discount) 355.70. So now I have a 36" cabinet that is sitting in my garage doing nothing. After talking with my fiance, she decided that she would call and talk to our rep. She told me that he spoke to her in a very condesending way. So please take our advice and find some other company to design your kitchen. With the way the econmy (gas prices etc.) Do you really need to be wasting 355.70 on someone else's mistake. Thank you very much for reading this and PLEASW save yourself TIME, MONEY and a BIG HEADACHE.
Thanks
