Provided by YP.comI do not recommend appliance hero. Called to request repair. Gave my dryer brand, model number and told them what was wrong with it. Part numbers for rollers, so they could do the repair when they show. Guys shows up 20 minutes late and has my repair listed as a GE fridge with no parts. Tells me my dryer needs new rollers and would be 3-5 days for parts to arrive. Then charges me $85 to diagnose...This is a scam people
UPDATE! Just called Appliance Hero to check the status of my parts, because I left them a bad review, they did not order my parts and told me that their technician did not feel comfortable in my home because I was upset...UNREAL.

Provided by YP.comWe called hero appliance because my refrigerator stopped working. Frank came in and fixed everything, answered every question I had, and got everything done in a very timely manner. Defiantly will be calling them again if anything is to go wrong again !

Provided by YP.comMy stove top stopped working and Appliance Hero was out that day to look at it. They ordered a part and my stove was working the next day! The tech was very nice, and professional. I will call them for all of my appliance needs!

Provided by YP.comWe moved into a house a couple months ago and the previous owner had a home warranty. The dishwasher didn't work so the warranty company sent Appliance Hero out. The first time out he said a part needed to be replaced and they would order it and call us back. A week later no call. We called and they couldn't find a parts order (I'm sure it was never ordered) so they came out again another week later. By now 2 weeks had passed. The tech (Cris) replaced the part and it still didn't work. We called them back because they never called us and another week later he came back and said another part didn't work (he forgot to check it). The dishwasher still didn't work and he came out again and said another part had to be replaced. A week later we still hadn't received a call back so we called them. The receptionist said the ticket was closed out and the job was marked completed! We asked that they send someone different out and get the job done correctly. They told us it had to be the same tech because he is the only one who covers our area. By now 2 more weeks had passed and he came out again, claiming he never closed out the ticket. He stayed for 45 minutes and told me he couldn't fix it......"for the first time in 4 years I'm unable to figure out what's wrong with it, and I am the lead tech". Pretty pathetic. He said the home warranty company will have to send out a different company. So almost 3 months and 4 visits later, our dishwasher still doesn't work! I can't say enough about how poor the service of this company is and how angered and frustrated we are by this situation!

Provided by YP.comTech was very helpful and proficient. Identified the issue quickly and repaired in reasonable amount of time. First time I've used their service and would call again for future repairs.

Provided by YPmobileThis company is horrible! They need to learn customer service skills especially the owner. Everytime i called i was placed on hold and then told that i would recieve a call back. a couple hours would go by so i would call them and they would say "someone was supposed to call u back but didnt" um yea, i know! then, im assuming because the tech didnt want to come out because hes lazy or just doesnt know what hes doing because my appliance still isnt fixed and hes been out twice. i was given "requests" by him to turn on my appliance and walk away as if im a magician and me standing there is causing my appliance to not work and me walking away from it will magically make it work! then they set up a time to come back out and ordered random parts for the appliance some that it probably didnt even need and found out about a bad review i wrote against them so they never showed. when i called to find out where they were i spoke to the owner and he was very rude and kept talking over me and wouldnt let me get a word in to explain my bad customer service experience with his employees. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I was told my appliance was under warranty.. they get to my house..DO NOTHING... and want me to pay for a service fee. Screw you.... I was a small business owner, and part of the job is driving around doing small jobs. NEVER...EVER...did I charge for gas to drive 7 miles.
Im sorry... I cannot locate a receipt. One company says they deny payment. Well...as a consumer.. I deny payment. Especially when nothing was done...and he was here less than 5 minutes.
I will be reporting this company and the treatment I was givin to as many websites as I can find. You guys suck as far as customer service/satisfaction goes!

Provided by YP.comHorrible experience! Needed warranty work done. Lowe's told me they would absolutely fix my appliance. Appliance Hero sent Chris out to my house who argued with me, treated me like a criminal, Argued with lowes on the phone, was so rude, I was in tears when he left my house. The Lowe's 1800 number representative heard everything and filed a complaint against the company so that Lowes would not use them in the future. I had to ask him to leave my house because he would not stop arguing and being rude to me. He told me good luck getting my appliance fixed. Lowes sent a new company out who replaced my defective item. Will not use ever for our house or any of our rental houses, my father in laws rental houses, or grandpas rental house. Called and asked for a manager to call us no one ever called back. Horrible!
