My sales associate was very polite and very understanding of what I was looking for. His name was Trevor, I recommend you go see him if you are looking for the right furniture for your needs. Wonderful people atmosphere and selection!

I came in to do a little window shopping/price furniture and had talked with Trevor. He seems to be a great asset to any team. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy and made me feel at ease, not like other salespeople that hover over you.

I came in and spoke with Trevor about wanting to purchase a living room set. He was very knowledgeable and let me know how the whole process would work. Really appreciate him spending the time with me to go over everything. Will be coming back to make a purchase with him very very soon!

I purchased a living room set costing thousands and a very expensive warranty. Within 3 months of having the furniture the couch and the love seat seams began coming apart! I called and Ashley Furniture made many appointments to come see the furniture and always cancelled. They apologized by saying they used a third party to handle these issues and were in the process of transferring to a new third party. I called and called for 6 months and appts. were all no shows. I moved from rockfor to southern wisconsin and they finally showed up. They then told me the furniture was damaged in the move and they would not do anything! I had been calling for 7 months before I moved, I showed proof of this. I made a complaint with the bbb an nothing was ever done. I had to take $3,000 in furniture to the dump after only having it for 9 months. Because once the seams started to come apart every time you would sit down they would rip! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!



I never have a written a bad review and as a business owner myself I know how serious it is. I just want to let people know this place is going to rip you off, I do not want you to waste your hard earned money.
