I paid a delivery fee and they left my flowers outside in the cold at the wrong address. Supposedly they tried to reach the recipient with no luck. Then proceeded to leave the flowers outside on the sidewalk without attempting to call myself to verify the address. Besides that the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I called to voice my concern I was met with attitude and every excuse in the book from the owner. Horrible product, horrible service, horrible owner.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered flowers for a good friends funeral - 1st issue the wrong flowers was sent we ordered Crimson and White we got all white, while I could have lived over that - the situation got incredibly worse - the seond issue was that there was no card for the family telling them who had sent the arrangement, third issue was that the ribbon was to say Beloved Friend, instead it stated Beloved Son. When we first called we explained that we did not see the arrangement, they informed us that the delivery was made, we looked again obviously being discreat because it is a wake and didnt see it. As we got the funeral director involved he explained that this arranagement that stated "Beloved Son" was delivered and they had no clue where it came from. Being that it was all white we then realized this was the issue. When we called and informed the florist the Manager Kim who was rude beyond belief stated that a message was left on the answering machine, this didnt happened I spoke to a lady on the phone and ordered it, she informed my mother that she played the tape back and it said Beloved Son, this is absolutely not true. If they need money that bad may I suggest another profession.. This lady literally blamed everyone but their shop, she told me that there was a card, i said call the Funeral Director they will tell you there wasnt I even gave her the ladies name at the funeral home. she never once apoloigized. When asked for the owner to call us back, she stated that she would not be in a for a month and hung up the phone on us.
As far as I am concerned this is horrible customer relationship and everything on their website is a farce.

What great service and beautiful flowers!! My husband had flowers sent to work for me last week, they still look good. Very creative design. They also did flowers for my nieces wedding last fall and they were beautiful as well. Highly Reccomend them.
