Mark Byrd lost 2 court cases 1 op and 1 felony he was blaming everybody else but himself for these lost cases even though he told me he could win both of these. Go to Winnebago County IL. Court search case # 2013-cf-0001363 was in the post trail he asks me for more money in open court in front of the judge and state attorney. The $5000 for losing the case wasn’t enough.Next being that this was the 3rd op she filed against me case# 2014-op-0002174, 2014-op-0000525, and 2013-op-0002452. She claims on last OP I was at McDonalds harassing her, and supposedly I sat outside the court house next to the entrance I was stalking her and other slander things she said I was doing. Stalking no contact laws are meant to make lawful and legal things a crime so the judge can take away your freedom/ limit your freedom. All Mr. Byrd was saying these things were not a crime including things she listed on other ops and that they did happen (not true) asking judge for fewer limits on my freedom. For the $750 I paid him he never went after her creditably like not calling her ex even though she listed her ex as protective person on the first op or what her boyfriend was saying about me on social media year earlier she may also wrote some things that he had copies nor he never said saying anything about me having cataracts. Never question if any other things she was saying were true. He told me he lost because of a letter and email I sent her 5 years ago and the felony case he lost few months earlier on stalking of a different women.

There is appreciation to be had for someone who is straight forward, does their job and is accessible for your case. This was our experience. Highly recommend for those that are looking to deal with their situation in a steadfast manner.
