When we walked in the courteous service and welcoming smile we received from Miss. Donita was really pleasant and made our stay comfortable!

PLAIN AND SIMPLE...STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Refrigerator available upon request--yeah sure--- fridge and microwave avail for $10.00 more per night. (hmm well now that puts this closer to the other room that it was included with ..oh and by the way they don't have enough for every room so no guarantee they will have one for you)

Don't know what cleaning policy is but our towels were only picked up the first night...I mean I don't know about you but I don't pay any less no matter what night I stay there why should the cleaning services be any different? What happened to making the bed and vacuuming.

The bedding is awful. A sheet, a rough thin blanket and then covered with a I guess you would call it a comforter. It is practically plastic to the touch. I borrowed blankets from my dad and one ended up missing. Housekeeping apparently mistakenly took it and I am hoping they will return it once they come across it to my father. How embarrassing. It wouldn't have been so bad if it belonged to me but gee.

The breakfast was awful as well. Normally, I go for a lower rate and all I really want it a clean room and just figure it doesn't matter because you don't spent that much time in it anyway. This time was a disaster. We would have been better to cut our trip by one day and spend more money to stay somewhere else.

Hmm how could they have made it better? Well, let's see? One, would be maybe let me look for myself when I suggested it. I mean really, what can be so secretive in the laundry room. Two, admitting that housekeeping took it by mistake and apolozing for it. this would have gone so far. I would still have been mortified to have to face not being able to return the blanket but at least it would have been something. The rest is just more overall a bit of pride in the hotel itself. you aren't that low price to be acting like you don't care about things. What we walked into was not a $65.00 a night room. It was more like a $39.00 a night room. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
