Horrible rip-offs. I went because of ads. Right away had to have a deep cleaning which I needed to be sedated for. At the same time they did a root canal and crown. The crown fell off 2 years later and the only option given to me by them is that they had to pull the tooth because there wasn't enough to put the crown back on. Before there had been a whole tooth there and they took so much of it away. Got a second opinion and was sent for crown lengthening and a new crown so my tooth was saved. They won't refer you to someone who can fix your tooth because then they aren't making the money someone else is. The staff is very friendly which is the only good thing about them.

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO THIS PLACE THEY TAKE THERE TIME IN SPEAKING WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT HAVE. I HAVE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ROCK RIVER DENTAL ALSO KNOWN AS DENTAL DESIGNERS AND HANSEN & HANSEN THAT GUY IS A CROOK AND WILL MAX YOUR CREDIT CARD IF HE CAN GET A HOLD OF IT AND HE LOVES CASH BUT HIS WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF I CAME TO DENTAL DIMENSIONS AND THEY FIXED ALOT OF THE PROBLEM AND I AM SOOOO GREATFUL I CAME TO THEM...

I waited 25 min for someone to call me ,and when I call them back they told me that I will not get a 24 h service bacause I was not a existing patient.That information was not listed on the internet site.I do think if this is the way they do business they can just call me back and let me know,me or anybody else who is in a lot of pain.I am very disappointed with Dental Dimensions 24 h service.Thank you for your waisting time service.Dejan Lubura 815-608-3334.
