Without a doubt the finest dining experience in Rockford. I dine in Chicago on a regular basis and this is comparable to many of those restaurants!

Been here a few times now. Tried to give it a few chances because I know things don't are not always perfect and mistakes happen, but overall not impressed. They are spot on with presentation and appearance of the restaurant and bar but their service is lacking. They have very attractive young women working which to me does not make up for the poor service they give. Seem disinterested or have more important things than serving. Ordered the alfredo last time which is a dish I love but came soupy. The sauce was very watered down. My recommendation is that they focus more on the details. The things the customer remembers rather than the flash.

Franchesco’s Ristorante is one of my favorite Rockford places to go for food and entertainment. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and professional.

We had a big group in for a party. We had a small private room reserved with a flat screen tv in, which we wanted to play a video on. When we got there, we didn't have one of the cords to hook our video up. The manager sent one of the staff immediately to the store to get what we needed. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Especially Ashley our waitress! She was so awesome considering we had 8 kids in our group. She even took us outside on the patio so she could take our family picture! The food was outstanding! I'm not from Rockford, but can't wait to go back just to eat there again. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

CELEBRATED OUR 50TH LAST WEEKEND AND HAD A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE AT FRANCESCA'S. PRIVATE ROOM THAT WASN'T NOISEY, MENU THAT SUITED ALL AGES, FANTASTIC FOOD FOR ALL AND A WAITRESS AND HER HELP THAT KEPT ALL 18 OF US HAPPY AND SATISFIED. 16 OF US WERE FROM OUT OF TOWN AND ALL CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. The new location and facility is exceptional! Food and service equally impressive!

We had the pleasure to din at this new restaurant last week. It was a wedding with a buffet that included a cook to order pasta bar. My husband had the pasta with an alfredo sauce that included a variety of other items that you choose. He chose chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. He is a big alfredo sauce fan and said he spent the whole next day thinking about that dish. The restaurant gives you the feeling you are in a downtown Chicago high end restaurant. Exquisite!
