I recently purchased the new Medal of Honor - Warfighter for my Xbox 360 game council. I had a very difficult time trying to get the game to play and so I tried to return it to this store where I purchased it and I had the receipt. I was told that because there were minor minor scratches evident that they wouldn't replace it. The store manager was very rude and couldn't care less about my situation. She appeared put out that I would ask to see her about my problem. I will never ever buy another item from this store and would recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

Good place to get used games but not a good trade in value.
