What a rip off

I tanned with LA Tan and once I finished with my month of unlimited tans I told them I did not want to renew. The next month my bank account was charged $5.99. I went back and said that I did not want any more charges and they signed the paper work. It has been a year and they are still charging me. I have spoken to manager and they apologized and said they would refund but it never has happened. I would encourage you to think twice about using their services

It sounds to me like you signed up for a freeze, that could have been a miscommunication on our end and I apologize. IF you are interested in trying us out again please contact me and I will get you a week free of tanning to get you started. We offer tons of daily specials and promotions to where you wouldn't have to sign up for a membership if you don't feel comfortable doing that again.
