VERY HAPPY! Great company

Bought two hearing aids for $3800 and my wife bought two for $1600. Worked great for us both. They said straight out that you had only 30-days for money back refund. If they didn't work, bring them back! After that I would've been out-of-luck. I was VERY happy and they changed my life. In Chicago they quoted me $8000 for my pair, so I saved a lot of money.

not happy at all

I purchased a Joy hearing aid in December 2017 and the thing never did help me hear speech well. I sent it back a couple of times and they adjusted it, but the sound quality was never good. So, back and forth with emails and returns finally, in March 2018, I sent everything back asking for a full refund of my money in the amount of $678.75 that I had paid toward the hearing aid ( the total amount was $802.95). The owner himself Andy Palmquist , emailed me telling me that I had it longer than 45 days and therefore I would not be able to get a refund. So now they have their hearing aid and my money, as I had paid for the aid before they sent it. However, previously, in an email Andy Palmquist stated and I have copied it here, "Since it looks like this aid isn't going to work out for you, it is definitely better to send it back. As I've said before, we certainly don't want you feeling stuck with a hearing aid you're not happy with and isn't giving you the benefit you need." It has been only 2 weeks since I sent the aid back, but, I have not had an email or any other type of communication about this. I have had hearing aids for 50 years , so, I do know a thing about them. If this company cannot return my money after I have trusted them, (being an online business), and I have made a sincere effort to work with them so that I can have a good hearing aid to hear with, then I would not recommend them because they are not honest and they are taking advantage of older people like myself. This is a definite buyer be ware

On March 30, 2018, Lloyd's agreed to return ALL of my money and has even stated that I have received a FULL refund, however, as of today, April 5, 2018, I have only received one fifth of the amount promised.

So, I still have not received my money, even though they said they would return it.
