Yelling at customers is the business model here. immature and childish would probably be the best description of the their customer service training here. As stated by other reviews on google, you can expect to only purchase unsatisfactory appliances here( break and will not be coved for repairs

This place is absolutely horrible . Dave, the son, completely lied that the washer and dryer were "refurbished"- see photos attached here. They have like 100 feral cats in the filthy store and we discovered that the inside of the units were CAKED in layers of cat fur and cat poop!!!! I told Dave that my daughter has terrible cat allergies before I purchased these units and he assured me that the washer and dryer had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the washer literally fell apart in our garage as Dave was delivering it. He somehow "fixed" it but then the next day the cover fell off, again, which is how we discovered the disgusting mess inside. They did not even bother to replace the old rusty tubing so these units were clearly not "refurbished"- see more photos. I asked the father, Frank, for my money back since we are in the return window but now he wants to withhold from my refund a $75 delivery plus $75 pick up fee ($150 total) for these piles of junk (BTW, the washer does not even fill properly and the dryer does not heat up correctly).

Both Dave and Frank screamed at me like lunatics (Dave even stormed off our property and abandoned us in the middle of putting the washer back together and his Dad says that he "has anger issues.") Then when my brother called to try and reason with Frank he screamed at my brother too. Is this really what you want to deal with when purchasing appliances??!! There are many other quality places to go in town including Don's Appliance in Rockford and Park Appliance in Loves Park- do not even waste your time on this complete mess.

Also of note, they "buy" the positive reviews on this page by offering customers extended warranties if they leave a positive review, and they also fight Google to get negative reviews removed!

I am the one who purchased and paid for the Kenmore Washer and the extended warranty needs to be put in my name..
In the past, I have also bought a refrigerator and dehumidifier from New Milford Appliance and Refrigeration.

I gave them one star because you can't go into the negative. The owner acted inconvenienced and actually had an attitude. He was told to leave. I bought the refrigerator from him, it was after warranty was up, but since I had bought it from NMR, I thought I'd keep the business with them. No more. They're not the only appliance repair service.

Thank you for your prompt service to repair our Kitchen Aid washer. The technician was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend New Milford Refrigeration if you are looking for a repair man. I am sure will contact them if or when we are in need of a repair man.

well , I'll tell ya...I was overcharged by about $35.00 (I'm being nice)I was in a pinch so I bought the part....well when I got home I noticed it was used!!I cleaned it with a hose to get the lint out and the rusty water...I installed with a heavy "sigh" and my fingers crossed!!!..It did fix my problem..however..I would have rather had a "new part."I would not reccomend this buisness to my family or friends....(unless your in a pinch!)He got me.....there is no return policy.....:(

This company is very disorganized. When you peer inside one of their repair vans or walk thru their showroom it becomes very obvious. Would not recommend this store as I had a very bad experience.

Our refrigerator broke down 4-11-2009. We called New Milford Refrigeration to come to repair it. It was damaged beyond repair (electrical unit near compressor melted). We paid the $75.00 "repair" bill and the repairman and owner of the company, Frank Gagliano encouraged us to come over to his shop to buy one of his units.Upon searching through his inventory we found a Crosley side by side model that on the front had a sticker that read "2008 Model, Reduced!". When I attempted to negotiate the price down a bit Frank responded that the refrigerator was "only a year old" and the price was as low as he could go. My wife was present with me and witnessed both the sticker on the front and the claim by Frank about the age of the appliance. We were in a difficult spot as our broken refrigerator at home was full of food and quickly warming, so we purchased the unit paying full price ($1,100).In June 2009 we received a recall notice from Maytag (Crosley) stating that there was an electrical
