I had a great experience having my eyebrows done. I even brought my 89 yr old Mom and she loved it! She takes her time & very professional!! Clean and comfortable office.

I read Dawns negative feedback & I'm very shocked at the feedback she gave. Don't get it! Maybe to picky? Great experience!!!!

The best money I ever spent! Love my Eye brows. So natural and soft. Can't wait to get my Eyeliner done next. Very Professional and clean. Tech was perfectionalist and Knowledgable.

Terrible experience, very unprofessional. I was interupted by the tattooers cell phone during my sign in with her personal problems. I then had to wait an hour past my appointment. While waiting, I could hear the customer before me explaining that her one eyebrow was higher than the other and she wanted it fixed! During that ladies entire procedure, the tattooers cell phone was going off, over and over and over. Hasn't this woman ever heard of silencing her phone? How about asking her children not to call not stop while she is working? When the tattooer finally got to me, she spent 15 minutes with her helper trying to read the labels of the anesthetic to see if they actually had one that did not have the additive I am allergic to. This really worried me since I had asked about this before making my appointment and I had been assured that they knew what I was talking about, and that they did indeed have the appropriate one. They told me they 'thought' the lidocaine didn't have it, but I decided to cancel since they didn't know for sure. I had waited two weeks for this appointment, I am shocked they told me they knew they had the right stuff, then didn't even research it beforehand. The helper was also in flip flops, not very sanitary. Couldn't refund my credit card either. She claimed to not know how to use the machine! I got stuck with a check for my refund. I hope it doesn't bounce. During refund, a family member came in to ask the tattooer for cash and then there was more talk about personal issues while I waited. WOW! I am a nursing student, and I can assure you that I do not have my cell phone ringing over and over during patient care, I do not enter rooms in flip flops, I do not make my patients wait over an hour for care, and I NEVER sit in a patients room talking to my collegues, trying to figure out if the medications I want to give to them are safe in regards to their allergies or not! Really unbelievable! Horrible service. This was a birthday present to me from my boyfriend. It was meant to be a 'feel good' experience. I really needed one, as nursing school is stressful. No feel good here, and now it is too late to have done in time for my birthday anywhere else. What a waste of my time.
