His work is that of an amateur! Could of paid my niece to do the pictures

I was recently in a wedding photographed by this guy and can't remember the last time I was around someone so rude for no reason at all!!! He was very condesending to everyone, including the bride!!! Not to mention he missed many key portraits-including the bride and her parents (to me that is kind of an important one??). I am so embarrassed that my best friend paid so much money to be taken advantage of :(
