My experience with Prowler Recovery was a complete and epic FAIL, the office these people maintain is disgusting, unsafe and downright filthy. The employees are equivalent to there surroundings. This is a SUB PAR business dealing with subpar people. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

This man that looked like he was on some serious DRUGS, was dirty and also an a****** came up to my drive way trying to repo my car!!! After i showed his the receipts he still LIED and said he had to take the car and I could pick it up the next day. I went back the next day to find a nasty fat old hag as the "receptionist". I asked her ONE question and she flipped out telling me i couldnt take MY car that I WAS making payments on. All of a sudden the prostitute daughter that also has a CRACK pipe with her trying to act like the mediator but no one was even paying attention to her. This is the worst "business" I have ever came across. Terrible people, terrible service, terrible appearance!! Dont ever go to them I know they moved off of blackhawk and 11th st. Never ever come close to this place thats filled with crazy drug addicts and prostitutes!
