I was at Road Ranger on N. Alpine at 6:36 pm. tonight. I was only going to put $3 in the tank I used my debit card . I didn't have much in the Bank just enough for a bill that had to be paid and a couple of dollars more. The pump I used was pump #1 it was a faulty gas pump. I couldn't get it to stop. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't stop! I tried everything to get it to shut off!! And I smashed my finger somehow doing it. It Finally stopped at $23.45!! They had at least 3 employees there and not one helped me. I was screaming on top of my lungs for help! They don't have emergency buttons to shut it off like other gas stations. And when I went inside the employees were Rude! No one even cared. It was like what are you telling me for? She said all she could do was call to get it fixed. The one I talked to was pregnant. She was Rude!! I told her that I didn't have that much in the bank. She said it already went through so you did have it. I said I didn't have that much to spend on gas. I had money that I needed for bills. I had to sit in my car awhile before I left because I was shaking so bad from getting so upset!! I'm on S.S. Disability and I only have so much to live on. I couldn't afford that much gas! I don't think that I will go to Road Ranger ever again.
