Teresa was AMAZING! We ordered our invitations, rehearsal dinner invites, place cards and programs from her. Everything turned out beautifully! Teresa worked with us until we found just exactly what we were thinking of. We received so many compliments on our invitations and how beautiful everything was. Even the Pastor commented on how our program was the most beautiful he'd seen in 30 years of ministry. Teresa is very professional, helpful and friendly to work with. I'd highly recommend Rock River Printers for all of your printing needs!!

Teresa is incredible and my wedding invitations turned out fabulous. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else for invitations, cards, etc. She has SO many options to choose from and really cares about the outcome. We had our wedding print work done at Rock River Printers. That included the 'Save the Date' cards, the invitations, thank you cards for the bridal shower and wedding, programs and napkins for the big day. All were fabulous! As another reviewer said, if an order came back not quite as expected, the owner Teresa will make it right! Teresa has a wonderful personality and is great to deal with! She truly cares about her customers' happiness with their order. She is very meticulous and detail-oriented in placing each order, so if an order came back not as expected, I had confidence that it was the supplier and not Teresa who made the mistake. However, Teresa takes the small details very seriously and will make sure your order is correct. This is practically unheard of at any other business I have ever dealt with. The service here is phenomenal and I will return in the future with all of my printing needs! She is excited to see how your order turns out and even excited about whatever event you are having the printing done for. Several other customers came and went while we were there (we're quite picky about what we want) and Teresa always treated all of them with an exceptional degree of professionalism. "Service with a smile" really means something here! You will feel genuinely good inside when you leave, knowing that you have trusted the right person with your printing.
