Above the rest

Had had Carrier Heat/AC equipment installed by another company. Service was horrible could barely get the installer to come out for regular maintenance calls. Then when my Heat Pump blades stopped Saturday morning , there was a strong smell coming from it and steam? smoke ? coming from the machine I was instructed on how to disconnect the electric to it and was promised service sometime the next week. Thursday I called Carrier and was referred to Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning.So glad I was . Spoke with Mark he diagnosed easily it was probably in defrost mode . I was given an appointment time right there on the phone if I wanted it ...I will now share the story of great service given by Mark and his amazing staff with everyone I know .Have come to find out that this is the go to Company from others, wish I had heard of them earlier.
