In the past couple months I've had things go wrong with my car. Each time it was something different, and each time I called around to get estimates I called Mark Buititta Auto Service. I've NEVER gone to them. Every time I've called they've treated me like an idiot, and acted like I was wasting their precious time. I asked about estimates and he sighed and said "we'll charge you $85/hour if you want us to look into it". Are you kidding me?! That's ridiculous for a test drive and scan! He obviously didn't want my buisness, I don't care how busy you are...if it's your companies job to fix cars you should treat every customer with respect!
