RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!
It's bad enough having to go through life with chronic pain, but to have the staff at your Dr's office treat you like sh$t is inexcusable.
Shame on you people. The staff here should get jobs where they Don't deal with people at all!!!!

My wife has been a patient here for about a year now and is suffering from a severe back issue and is awaiting surgery to be approved by our insurance. She's on a ton of pain meds and wants off of them so we've schedule appointmappointments for injections in her si joints. Called on the day of the appointment to cancel due to her being extremely ill...no sympathy at all from them. Rescheduled for a couple days out hoping to get better but unfortunately had to cancel again. Staff was extremely rude and wouldn't reschedule for her. The staff and Dr f. Have zero compassion for you, very unsatisfied and will be taking my wife elsewhere.

A complete disappointment. When you suffer from chronic pain you're looking for empathy and compassion and most of all, relief. You won't find that here. You will find a know it it all attitude with a mind all ready made up on the course of action--no matter what your level of pain may be. Get used to leaving appointments with no new course of action, feeling like you've just been chastised for saying you hurt and being patronized and spoken to as if you're a child. Obviously no one practicing at this clinic has ever been a chronic pain sufferer.
