Mattresses are suspect. We bought one with a strong musty odor. Live and learn. Mattresses are something to buy at a reputable story with return policies. The woman we dealt with was unmovable, even accused us of leaving it out in the rain. Not happy.

very nice but this is only furniture and house hold items, no clothing. prices are high however. twin mattresses start at $110. which are higher then other stores. overall it's a nice furniture resell but pricy.

Some of the stuff is just junk and the prices most of time seem way off compared to what they are worth. For used iterms, they shouldn't over "guess" their value. Then there's the other side to the store, usually selling books and clothes..I used to LOVE their book sales..but the last few times I've gone some staff member is rude and unprofessional. They are of no help (if you dare ask) and they will nit pick at you while you are browsing....they always seem to yell at me with how I come across the books. This last time it was because I walked to an OPEN AREA and found a pile of books half organized & I began look about them excited (as usual with books). When this young girl apparently a voulnteer began aaggressively asking and ordering about why I was there, that I wasn't allowed and the books were not meant to be touched/bought because they had to be organized and put on shelves. I explained that another employee said I was ok where I was at, but I didn't know that space was "for employees only". Anyway! Such a big deal over something so simple and rude and unnecessary. As I see it They all will be sold and at the same price..not to mention the books already out on display (I found a few on one shelf) lol were not organized. I DONT GET IT!?..

Great prices, good selection, clean merchandise, well organized store. Staff was friendly and helpful but I will add they should NOT be eating at the main checkout counter.
